This notice concerns The Brand Edit™ GPT Rescue™ Academy. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@thebrand-edit.uk.
Academy access and progress
The academy uses a shared password, not individual student accounts. The entrance uses a session cookie to remember access for up to seven days. Lesson completion and quiz progress are saved in this browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes saved progress and may require you to enter the password again. These features do not sync progress across devices.
Your plugin quiz answers
The plugin prompt quiz builds your prompt in your browser. It does not send your answers to an AI service. Copying or downloading a prompt puts that text on your clipboard or device. If you paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or another service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential client information or personal data you do not have permission to use.
Messages and feedback
If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. The feedback button opens a separate website. Check its privacy notice before submitting a testimonial, photograph or personal information. The academy password does not protect information submitted to external services.
Hosting and external services
Website delivery involves technical information such as an IP address and browser requests. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and media through its hosting service. Those providers may process technical information under their own policies. Links to other websites take you outside the academy.
Your choices and requests
You can clear academy cookies and local storage through your browser’s site settings. You can choose not to send feedback or contact support. For access, correction or deletion requests relating to information you have sent to The Brand Edit, use the support email above. Applicable privacy rights depend on your circumstances and location. You may also contact your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where relevant.
